Cert TuiNa (Hebei Medical University China)

Welcome to my page, since 1980 I have studied Chinese Health and Fitness systems, I started at 14 years old studying Feng Shao Kung Fu, after 2 years I was introduced to Wing Chun Kung Fu, which I still train in and teach today.

In 1989 after becoming increasingly interested in the healing side of martial thinking I began study at The Churchill Centre where after gaining my ITEC certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage I became a practitioner.

In 1992 I was introduced to Zhang Zhuang Qi Gong and its related martial art of Yi Chuan; which I still practice and teach mainly for health and fitness.

Between 1994 and 1997 I attended The British School of Shiatsu-Do and became a Shiatsu practitioner; Shiatsu is a Japanese form of Meridian Massage.

In March 1999 I started my training in Tui Na (Chinese Massage), to complete my training I attended a residential Tui Na course at The Hebei Medical University, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province China.

On my return from China, I studied at The University of Westminster London.  I was awarded my BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture, and became a registered practitioner with The British Acupuncture Council in October 2003.

I run my Acupuncture and Meridian Massage clinic in Sydenham, South East London alongside my Wing Chun & Qi Gong teaching.  Specialising in Pain and Stress Management. I work from home to keep costs to you as low as possible. Training is undertaken in private groups allowing for a high level of supervision and development.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
